Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?

A. Yes, We are fully licensed by the East Staffordshire Borough Council. All our vehicles are also insured.
 
Q. Are your prices per vehicle or per person?

A. Our prices are per vehicle, the price you see is the price you pay. However this price is based on passengers being ready at the booked time and all journeys being directly to and from the Airport. (Any diversions or extra pickups requested will include a surcharge).
 
Q. How early do I need to book my journey?

A. The earlier the better. We are currently taking bookings up to 6 months in advance.
 
Q. Can I make a booking on line?

A. Yes, Just fill in our Online booking form and we will confirm your booking within 24hrs.
 
Q. Can I make a booking on the phone?

A. Yes you can make a booking on the phone. Our office telephone number is 01283 500 600 and our office hours are 7am to 12pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 12pm on Sundays. This is often the best method if you are making a late booking.
 
Q. Will you meet us anytime of day or night?

A. Yes as all bookings are pre-booked we can provide a 24hr service.
 
Q. Can I smoke in the car?

A. No. Airport Taxis Burton operate a strict no-smoking policy in all their vehicles.
 
Q. Do we need to tip the driver?

A. Tipping is not essential, however a tip is offered as good appreciation for good service in the UK.
 
Q. Where do I meet the driver?

A. The driver will meet you at a designated pick up point at the airport, which has been previously arranged via the driver or office. Please ring the office of 01283 500 600 when you are clear of customs and are outside the airport with your luggage. As soon as we receive your call the driver will go straight to the pick up point and you should find them there waiting for you. 
 
Q. What if the flight is early or delayed?

A. We will be monitoring your flight on the day of arrival. Our driver will arrive at the airport 30mins after the flight has landed.
 
Q. What happens if there are traffic problems going to the airport?

A. Airport Taxis Burton cannot accept any responsibility for missed flights due to traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow enough time for your journey.
 
Q. Can you guarantee your driver will be at the airport on time?

A. Our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time. However it is very difficult to predict the traffic or other situations which are out of our control. These instances are very rare, 99% of the time we will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
 
Q. Do you ever use outside contractors?

A. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may have to use other company’s to cover bookings but this is extremely rare.

Baggage

Customers baggage carried in our vehicles is entirely at the customers own risk. Airport Taxis Burton do not except any liability for loss or damage to any baggage, goods or contents in our vehicles.
